Arshiya Rail flags off its 1st EXIM service from Khurja ICD

27th April 2016 was a red Letter day for Arshiya Industrial & Distribution Hub Ltd (AIDHL) when it commenced its EXIM Rail operations from its ICD at Khurja.

The 1st rake departed from ICD, Khurja to Mundra port, carrying a full load of 90 containers including Export Reefer boxes.

It was flagged off by dignitaries representing the Trade and govt authorities along-with members from Arshiya.

Arshiya Industrial & Distribution Hub Ltd (AIDHL) (www.arshiyalimited.com) has been developed as one of the largest Infrastructure set-up in North India with 18 rakes and 6 Rail Sidings. It has its own ICD, Domestic services and a FTWZ set up at Khurja (UP).

At AIDHL its customers can avail complete one stop solution for all required services i.e. EXIM services, Door-to-door logistics solutions, Domestic, PFT operations & a fully functional and only FTWZ in North India.

The weekly Rail services has been commenced with support from leading, reputed main shipping lines like MSC Line, CMA-CGM Line, BSL Line, BLPL Line, NYK Line, HMM Line, K-Line and others.

Among the others present at the flagging off were Mr. Saurabh Dar, Star Logistics on behalf of M/s Al-Hamd Group, Mr. Shakil Khan (Atlantic Cargo), Mr. Ranjit Ray (CEO), Mr. Manish Sharma (CCO) Arshiya Industrial & Distribution Hub Ltd, besides other key representatives from the Trade.

Speaking to EXIM India, Mr. Ranjit Ray (CEO) expressed his gratitude to the Customs & Railway Officials and the Trade for their good support.

Mr. Manish Sharma (CCO) was optimistic about the future of Khurja ICD and assured Trade of superior services. He also commented that regular train services to all ports i.e. Nhava Sheva, Mundra and Pipavav shall be made available to the Trade.
